Thank You

Ruzanna was amazing to work with. She handled my case with confidence and truly stood up for me in court. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. She explained everything clearly, stayed in touch, and made a stressful situation much easier. I’m really grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a dedicated and trustworthy attorney.

Hiring RP Defense Law APC was the best choice I could have made when I was served with restraining order papers. Ruzanna Poghosyan is a highly skilled attorney. She will fight relentlessly to achieve the best possible outcome for you. She is transparent and will tell you exactly what you need to know regarding the strengths/weaknesses of your case because she wants you to be prepared for what lies ahead in court. Then, she gets to work. I cannot recommend this team enough!

I cannot find the words to thank you enough, Ruzanna Poghosyan. During an extremely personal and devastating time, when every odd seemed to be against my family and me, you stood by us without hesitation. You kept our hope alive and supported us every step of the way until justice was ultimately achieved in our favor. I truly would not have been able to get through this experience without your knowledge, courage, and unwavering confidence in what you do. Thank you again for everything, and I wish you God’s blessings in life.

I can’t thank my attorney Ruzanna and her team enough for their support, expertise, and professionalism throughout my restraining order case. From the very beginning, they took the time to listen carefully, explain every step of the legal process, and make sure I felt safe and empowered. They were incredibly thorough in preparing my case, always responsive to my questions, and showed genuine care for my well-being. In court, Ruzanna’s confident presence made a world of difference. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, the outcome was successful, and I finally feel a sense of peace and protection. If you need an attorney who is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also compassionate and truly committed, I highly recommend RP Defense Law.

I hired Ruzanna and from the very start she understood my situation completely. She is pragmatic in her approach, easy to talk to, and she will fight for you 200%. She is an honest person and words cannot express my satisfaction from hiring her. I recommend her to any friends and family as she truly goes above and beyond to perform for her clients.

Very professional office. They squeezed me in last minute on a Friday afternoon & took time to explain to me about what I was facing & what can be done. Ms. Poghosyan is extremely educated in her field & gets directly to the point. Thanks again & I will see you in court in a few weeks.

I was referred over to Attorney Ruzanna Poghosyan through a family member to consult with her for a pending case I had. Her office staff was very polite & understood that my circumstances were pretty urgent & gave me an appointment right away. After I met with her, I was amazed with how much knowledge she had & how gracious she was with not judging me. She was very respectful & right then I knew that she was the Attorney for me. This office without a doubt is highly recommended.

Ruzanna is quick to see the situation from every angle and offer prudent advice that will save your butt! She has saved me from several ‘sticky situations’ ensuring that my charges were reduced and even dropped wherever possible. She is quick to respond to all correspondence and willing to take the time necessary to ensure you understand the legal possibilities of your situation.

And on top of that she asks for a fair price for her services!! She actually helped me realize I was being swindled by another shark-like attorney who was using scare tactics to charge me ridiculous fees. Ruzanna was point-blank exposing the nature of the situation to me and offering several solutions that saved me time and money. And she will do the same for you as soon as you give her a call!

Ruzanna Poghosyan is one of the best lawyers my family had the pleasure of working with. She represented my father for his case regarding licensing of our restaurant and the results of the case were in our favor! She not only stands by you and pays attention to details but her positive attitude helps make the process easier! Thank you Ruzanna Poghosyan for everything you do!

I first met Ms. Poghosyan a few years ago through a couple of mutual friends that had been represented by her in the past. I own a fairly large Body Shop in LA County that employs over 20 individuals as well as conducting business with hundreds of third party businesses. I have retained Ms. Poghosyan several times within the past years for a variety of legal issues. She has always fought my fights whether I was being investigated by the Bureau of Automotive Repair, or was called in to provide recorded statements… Ms. Poghosyan isn’t the type to ever leave your side & she makes that very clear by her actions.

Both her & her staff have never fallen short of my expectations. What I truly appreciate & admire is the fact that I know they are always a phone call away if I ever do need assistance. I’m not just a phone call that gets placed on hold, & for that as well as so many other things. Ms. Poghosyan will forever have my business. She is extremely educated in her field & from what I’ve seen; obtains a very credible & respected reputation in Court. Thanks for always being there for me!

I was referred to Ruzanna Poghosyan by a family friend for my case. Before contacting Ruzanna I was very nervous about my situation. Everybody was telling me I will go to jail. I couldn’t wait until Monday, so I called her on Saturday and she gave me an appointment on the same day. She was very helpful in answering my questions. I left her office knowing my case was in good hands. I ended up not going to jail and instead getting informal probation. I would definitely recommend Ruzanna to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney because she is very knowledgeable in her field of practice.

I had received a DUI in Van Nuys, a known difficult court that does not grant any plea bargains. However, thanks to Ruzanna and her hard working efforts she was able to reduce my DUI into a reckless driving. I strongly recommend hiring Ruzanna as she is well prepared, communicates well explaining all premises clearly and puts the client’s mind at ease. She definitely knows what she is doing and is well experienced in criminal defense!

I wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude towards Mrs. Poghosyan for seeing me during my time of need and helping me out in court from the kindness of her heart. Watching her in action in the courthouse allowed me to see that, my case was going to be in great hands; and I was right. What can I say… You were meant to be my Attorney.

Went through the whole process responded to all my calls and promise to drop my case to a misdemeanor and expunge it after and she did. My case wasn’t a easy case but she pulled through and got the job done. I’m very happy and will recommend her to anybody that is in needs a lawyer. I gave her a over all five stars because she answers all of my calls, was there when I needed her and gave me correct answers and gave me great advise. Great attorney and person.

I met Ms. Poghosyan few years ago. She was taking care of my first DUI case and perfectly dismissed that! Very professional and honest person. Im glad l choose her to defend my rights!!! Ill highly recommend her because she better than anyone else!

I titled the subject line “Simply wonderful” because she really is. You can tell that she truly has a passion for her career. She has a out spoken personality & believes in what she’s fighting for. By the end of your case, not only have you gotten great results but you have now built a respectful friendship with Mrs. Poghosyan. Highly recommended.

Best Lawer for DUI and criminal cases – My DUI case dismissed by Ruzanna Poghosyan, I recommend her for any criminal cases, 100%

When my family 1st hired Mrs Poghosyan I was a immigration detainee. I was already in deportation grounds and only way to get out of that was to return to criminal court and get chance to change my plea to a lesser charge. Ruzanna did not give up until we won criminal motion to vacate plea. ONCE the motion was granted immigration court released me. We returned to criminal court me still out of custody and got my lesser charge. I thank Ruzanna for everything she did a great job and even more thankful for not giving up on my case because I know it was a very complicated case to figure out. In conclusion I recommend her to the fullest.

A few months ago I was pulled over by a police officer and was charged with a possession for sale. This was not my first offense and I was skeptical to reach out to another attorney since my first offense did not end well. A friend of mine referred me to Mrs. Poghosyan, stating that he had hired her previously for a similar offense. I called Mrs. Poghosyan and to my surprise she answered the phone, calmed me down and gave me an emergency appointment for the next day. Throughout the process to drop my charges, Mrs. Poghosyan was always quick to respond to any form of communication and she never missed my calls. Most importantly, however, Mrs. Poghosyan handled my case by herself; unlike my previous attorney who handed my case to his associate.

Because of Mrs. Poghosyan’s hard work, the charges against me were dropped and I did not go to jail. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hardworking and dedicated attorney.
